Range made of 10 electric models and 10 gas models. High heatconductivity special steel, highthickness cooking top. AISI 304 stainless steel, completely tight welded splashguard with front grease collecting channel. Liquid collecting removable drawer. Gas heating: stainless steel burners heating, with selfstabilized flame, thermostat controls for T° adjustment. Uniform heat supply to the whole top. Automatic lighting with pilot burner and piezoelectric device. Safety valve and thermocouple for stopping gas supply. Electric heating: Incoloy stainless steel heating elements.
