The fryers range consists of Monobloc and bench type models. The fryers can be electric and gas. The worktop is stainless steel. The baskets are made of chromium plated steel, with athermic handle. The basins have a cold zone to collect the tailings. Adjustable T° thermostat and safety thermostat. The gas models have high efficiency burner with pilot valve and piezo ignition.
