AISI 304 stainless steel, completely tight welded splashguard with front grease collecting channel. Liquid collecting removable drawer. Gas heating: stainless steel burners heating, with selfstabilized flame, thermostat controls for T° adjustment. Uniform heat supply to the whole top. Automatic lighting with pilot burner and piezoelectric device. Safety valve and thermocouple for stopping gas supply. Electric heating: Incoloy stainless steel heating elements. Thermostatic adjustment of T° . Uniform heat supply to the whole top.
